oh and did i mention? i passed my ftt (: haha was bout time. seemed like i was waiting forever for it. practical's in august which should be just bout right timing when orientation and stuff should be done with. which reminds me, i've been contemplating which camps i should attend. ironically, i don't like camps, traditionally. the whole forceful enthusiasm and hopping around in glee doing meaningless things do not really appeal to me much. but i've gotta say, the first orientation in year 1 wasn't too bad. probably the best i'd attended. not that that says much though. so well, in contention, there's the sports camp, school of economics camp (which sounds immensely enticing of course.), and the freshmen camp. still have not gotten down to deciding so we'll see when matriculation comes. which is pretty soon actually.
been so occupied with work recently i've actually wondered omg its gonna hell strange actually returning to the airport in future, and not be working. and all the interesting characters and the bunch of us crazy girls mann i'm gonna miss those girls. i always remind rongxin one day she's gonna regret saying "huh its only been a week." haha and she cant help but admit yea she'll miss me. thats honesty from her right there. hrmmmm. hahahaha. and its hilarious how some of our conversations go from the inter-terminals phone.
Me: Good afternoon, .......... etc.
Selina: EH crazy woman i need a seat for 3pm.
Me: NO.
Selina: ok pretty girl i need a seat for 3pm.
Me: uhh ok!
then we both burst out laughing.
haha so now, she calls me the latter whenever she's asking for seats. i need to bring my cam to go capture more crazy shots like the one below, from now onwards.
went for delta's social night on thurs and well ok so i didn't attend much of it since we were ahem, fashionably late, to put it subtly. met a few people here and there and hung out mostly with sharmaine the whole night cos the guys were pretty tied up with the post event. but it was alright, got back pretty damn late, thank goodness didn't have work the next day. but because of that i had to turn the guys down for the movie we arranged to go catch that day, gah. i had to study for my french test anyway.
speaking of which, was pretty hilarious. haha. not mine, but aaron's. he burst back into the room saying, "omg i think i just told her i had a daughter." he's merely a year older by the way. then he asked us for confirmation and hell the whole class went crazy. he was like damn it i meant to say i had a younger sister. and he ended up saying his mum was a pro tennis player. hrmmm.

elder sis just got a bag from desigual today. dang wanted a few of their bags i'd seen before.

nydc with Huang before driving yesterday. we made prior plans to have a huge pigout since we both hadn't had mudpie in eons so..
we dived in straight for the desserts. before we realised oh yeah we needed to order our mains. let the drooling begin. perhaps you guys should get a bucket ready or somethin.

haha and here we go, dessert. after much deliberation, with much being a severe understatement, we got down to picking ours. but odd thing was i couldn't recall which i picked. i think it was irish cream somethin. but..
me (while tucking in) : heyyy i like the oreo bott.. wait. oreo bottom?!

me: huh so it really is cookie monster mudpie?!? but i thought.....

its funny how we totally disregarded what the security guards thought. and damn huang and i cover each other's asses best, its hilarious at times. we surprise each other still, after all this time.
so, met up with with the two girls and we headed over to botak jones, aka BONEY jones to someone by the name of audrey.
huang was fascinated by their chalkboard with the menu written on it, and i think we wanted to snap a shot of it but ordering food was prime.

Work these few days has been a hell lot of fun. Didn't even feel like work at the least. I swear huang and i have the most ridiculous and hilarious conversations ever. Sometimes you gotta pity Fidah, Huiqi and Uncle Louis cos they were around us most these few days (:
Because I'm lazy i shall quote huang's post (:
i: you're gonna go to smu and find some hot branded friends and they're gonna be like 'oh-mygod you bought that at a SALE?!'

haha it was a total laugh man. that was yesterday, and today i worked another whole TEN hours with that girl. I swear its way exhausting working together.
huang: you think we're gonna get abs for laughing so much?

i swear we have this whole after lunch syndrome when we go a lil' berserk. you should've seen us. two girls in red laughing till our eyes are all teary while still attempting to carry on having our lunch.
and because the first munich singapore flight came in yesterday, the passengers on that flight received an orchid GARLAND (shall explain later on why its capped (: ) on arrival and one of them gave us his garland! you should've seen huang's face light up. i saw it coming from THAT far.

ok maybe not. come on, we had a garland of orchidsss, says huang.
after lunch, huang took it out, snipped the string and took out a few orchids.
and so the fun began.
well you see, the flower had no stalk, so it was barely staying put on our ears. so at almost every one point one of our flowers was threatening to drop. hence, the million shots.
haha crazaye. today pigette and i were daring each other to say "yo wassup homie!" to uncle louis. damn but none of us had the guts to. hahaha. anyway, can you believe it. someone doesn't know what a garland means. the worse thing is at that moment, the next nearest person didn't know it too! for a moment i was like.. garland.. yar isnt it called a garland?!?!? to think she like made me doubt myself. -bitchy expression-
hahaha. and we had this hilarious conversation via sms after we parted after work.

"lol i imagined myself rolling as i bounced. Hmm."

later on, met up with derrick for fishandco. that boy was rushing off for booking in later on though. the week before, audrey and i met up for lunch at sakae (after much deliberation i might add), then we headed to haji lane to do a lil browsing. dang i really should've brought my cam but i couldnt find it (glares at irina) . we walked into almost every store i should think and haha it was hell fun. especially meeting one of the owners of the stores and she was asking me if it was my first time in her store. she was tellin us bout her passion for vintage stuff and all that as well. got something from her store and she peered over her assistant's shoulder to see what i purchased when i was done picking, followed by some nods of approval. hahaha. albeit audrey being a lil turned off by the fact that stuff there were mostly secondhand, we had hell lot of fun (:
day after, on wed, huixian audrey and rongxin came over to my place and we had our tennis session. haha it was quite fun but i reckon tennis really is more difficult than badminton significantly. well but i'm proud to say audrey improved from the first time!
i did mention i bought new shoes bout a week ago right?
